Q. WHAT WEIGHT CAN THE ESTON HANDY-JACKIT SAFELY LIFT?
A. The Handy-Jackit can safely lift 2 ton. If you are concerned that your car weighs close to this amount, please bear in mind that the jack is not lifting the whole of your car, it is just lifting one corner.

Q. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A CIGARETTE LIGHTER IN MY CAR?
A. As part of the kit, you also get get a lead for connecting directly to your car battery.

Q. WHEN I NEED TO UNPLUG THE HANDY-JACKIT, TO PLUG IN THE WRENCH, DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE HANDY-JACKIT CAN START TO LOWER?
A. No, the Handy-Jackit cannot lower as it is controlled by a high torque electric motor, which locks in place, unless it is plugged in and you press either the up or down button. Our demonstration video shows how it locks the Handy-Jackit in place, once unplugged. We have left a number of cars sitting on the Handy-Jackit for over half an hour and it has not lowered at all.

Q. WHAT IF MY BATTERY IS FLAT OR GOES FLAT AFTER I HAVE JACKED THE CAR UP?
A. Included in the kit is a lever to operate the Handy-Jackit manually, so you will never be stranded.

Q. DOES THE CAR NEED TO BE RUNNING, SO THAT MY BATTERY DOES NOT GO FLAT?
A. A normal healthy battery will easily run both tools, without the need to have your engine running. You may need to switch on your ignition to activate your cigarette lighter though.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE HANDY-JACKIT WILL WORK WITH MY CAR?

A. Yes, an instruction manual is included in the kit and we also have a demonstration video on our website.
